For some reason the search function is down and I’m in a hurry for answers.
Rear Seatbelts are mandatory in Sweden after 1971. Is it true? Where to buy a set? Where to find somebody who can install them in Stockholm?
They passed on to me the phone number of the mechanic wrenching at Alfa-Motor in SALTSJÖ-BOO (Stockholm).

Correct. In the front from 1970 and the rear from 1971. Retractable seat belts from 1975. But if I remember correctly the Bertone coupes was originally registered for only one passenger in Sweden. If you go with that you should be able to skip the rear belts.
For installation I would try with AR Bil or Power Car. Both in Stockholm. Belts can be bought from the usual places, Classic Alfa, Highwood etc.
